01v96 Remote is an iPhone App to remotely control a Yamaha 01v96 Mixing Console via WiFi. Imagine the advantages of being able to wander around an auditorium, tweaking mixes and settings from your iPhone!
Note that the 01v96 responds to changes made on the iPhone. If changes are made on the 01v96, the faders on the iPhone move accordingly (known as handshaking)
To use the App you must have UMMU Server installed on the host computer. This is a free download from the StrongSoft website.

Not stable enough
Im very unhappy at my purchase. I would like my money back. It is just not stable at all. The eq Q control are all out of sink and on the app I can even view the eq control for the stereo outs. On the help menu one of the screens is unreadable so I need to keep the lite version if I need to read the help section again. I was told many months ago that there would be an update to solve all the problems but nothing yet.

O1V96 Remote
I just updated the iPhone 4 OS and the App will not run Fantastic app for the Yamaha console. Make sure you get the correct software server installed on the host. John has done a wonderful job on this.

Never buy it.
Worst app I ever bought. I wish I could return my money. Cant get any data from mixer, no support for channel pairing, lags on faders control. Would never use on performance cause of risk of damage people ears. Its much easer to control it by hands.
